North Newark Baseball
North Newark is a 501c3 non profit organization that was founded in 1954 as Newark Township Little League. We are affiliated with RYSE Baseball and our teams compete against other teams from area leagues such as Licking Valley, Utica, Lakewood, Johnstown, etc. The season culminates in late June with the RYSE Championship Series. We serve approximately 400 players in our spring season and approximately 150 in our fall season. We also offer our players the opportunity to play on our end of season All-star teams as well as the option to tryout for our select teams, the North Newark Naturals. Our Mission
The purpose of North Newark is to provide area youth with a safe and fun environment to learn and play. Our league provides children the opportunity to develop sportsmanship, discipline, teamwork, and physical well-being through the game of baseball. Our programs are designed to help develop superior citizens rather than superior athletes.
